Setup fees are $10.00 per user and are due in advance. WebShuttle requires a 4-digit ID per user. Bytescribe will assign ID numbers unless client requests specific IDs.

Usage fees will be billed to the customer monthly. A valid credit card or eCheck information will be kept on file with Bytescribe and will run charges on the 1st of each month.

WebShuttle will automatically upload voice files to an FTP site that is provided for you. Once we have approved your application we will e-mail you the username and password to access your FTP site. You will also receive the user IDs and the toll free phone number.
